Online Baking Orders

Unfortunately, we have currently POSTPONED all online orders for the time being.

We have sadly had large amounts of orders going missing in the post (we suspect due to Royal Mail staffing issues) and we simply cannot sustain having to resend so many orders. We have therefore come to the difficult decision to postpone Online Baking Orders temporarily. Apologies for any disappointment.

About Our Teashop

... Covid-19 Reopening Update ...
We are now open again following lockdown due to Covid-19.

We are open with only a very limited number of tables available inside with a maximum of 4 people to a table. We still have a large selection of baking, scones, sandwiches, hot drinks available to takeaway if a table is not free when you visit.

We will NOT be taking table bookings during this time, sorry.

Face coverings must be worn at all times inside the teashop except for when you are sat at a table. Test and Trace details must be given for each individual prior to being sat at a table, you will not be able to sit down without providing details or checking in via the NHS app.

Due to us being a very small Teashop, maximum number of people to a table is 4. Anything above this is at the discretion of staff. Tables and chairs must not be moved.

Thank you for understanding as we try to safely navigate our way through these strange times.

... Muddy Boots and Dogs Welcome ...

We pride ourselves on using locally sourced ingredients and traditional family receipes.

Our Teashop is located within Yore Mill, which was originally built in 1784, and overlooks the River Ure by the Upper Falls.

... Car Parking ...

Unfortunately, due to the location of our Teashop we do not have parking available for customers. We would recommend customers park in the National Parks Car Park (post code DL8 3TH) and to park in the bottom half of the car park. There is a short footpath from here to the Teashop. If there are mobility issues, it is possible to 'drop off' outside the Teashop.
